KRC Bridge Deck Polymer Overlay Survey

KRC is conducting a survey of bridges in the State of Michigan which have had an elastomeric or epoxy coating applied. This survey is in support of a contract with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) entitled: "Field Performance of Polymer Concrete Bridge Deck Overlays in Michigan" coordinated through John Staton and Tom Miller of MDOT.

Please fill in your answers to the questions on the Overlay Survey form below and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom when finished. Your "Tab" key will advance you from question to question. Your reply will be sent directly to Research Engineer Scott Gruenberg at Michigan Tech's Keweenaw Research Center.
